Once places are confirmed via Purchase Order any cancellations will be subject to the following charges: 8 to 6 weeks prior to start date = 50% or 6 weeks prior to start date 100%. These charges are applied, because of our contractual arrangements with both the hotel and trainers.
All payments are to be made by cheque, bankers draft or electronic transfer of funds (BACS) within 28 days of receipt of our invoice, to the account address provided on that invoice.
Attendees will not be able to join the course if the invoice remains unpaid at the course start date. Late payments will result in interest being accrued at base rate + 8% as specified in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
